Unser Design-Team bearbeitet das Bild
Nachdem Du Deine Bestellung aufgegeben hast, wird Dein Bild direkt an unser Designteam geschickt und für die Personalisierung vorbereitet. Einer unserer erfahrenen Designer wird das Bild analysieren und dein personalisiertes Kunstwerk so gut wie möglich bearbeiten. Dieser Vorgang dauert in der Regel 1-2 Tage.
Design akzeptieren oder Revision anfordern
Nachdem einer unserer talentierten Designer Dein Bild bearbeitet hat, erhältst du ein Beispielbild deines Entwurfs per E-Mail zugeschickt. Du hast dann 48 Stunden Zeit, dein Bild zu bestätigen oder eine Änderung zu beantragen. Du kannst also einfach auf unsere E-Mail mit dem Beispielbild antworten und uns deine Meinung mitteilen. Die Zufriedenheit eines jeden Kunden ist uns sehr wichtig, deshalb kannst Du immer so viele Bewertungen abgeben, bis dir das Bild wirklich zu 100% gefällt.
